Applying for a role
Our application process at the City Mission is simple.
You just apply via the Bamboo HR recruitment system using the links below.
You will be prompted to answer a few application questions. If you can't finish your application in one go, don't worry - you can save your answers and come back to it.
Make sure have your up-to-date resume and your cover letter ready to load. (Please note, if your application is unsuccessful, your personal information will not be retained or stored in our records).
Once the ad has closed our Interview Panel will select a shortlist of suitable candidates, based on the information you have provided in your application. From here, we conduct Phone Screen Interviews and In-person Interviews. If you are our preferred candidate we will do reference checks.
And lastly, if you are successful, you will need to complete a Police Vetting Form and a Pre-Employment Drug Test (we do this on-site).
See, it's nice and easy but remember we are here every step of the way. If you have any questions, please email our People and Capability Team
We look forward to receiving your application.
